The Ventress Memorial Library in Marshfield hosts an ongoing book discussion group. The next session will meet on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 4:30-6:00 in the library's Historical Room. We are doing a pairing this time. . .because we read and enjoyed Edith Wharton, we thought we would read something by her friend and fellow writer Henry James. Then, in light of the success of a past pairing of Pearl Buck and a modern novel we thought we would pair Henry James' "The Ambassadors" with the 2011 novel by Cynthia Ozick, "Foreign Bodies," which is retelling of James story in a photographic negative.
